Why We Built This Site
Public access in Alabama is broad, but custody still matters. Randolph Search Docket is a date-based setting list. AlacourtAccess, known as Just One Look, provides paid statewide searches. AlaFile handles authorized filings and notices rather than general public lookups. At the courthouse, the Randolph County Circuit Clerk maintains the Circuit and District Court chronology and accessible electronic records. Municipal and Probate Court files use different offices. We organize those official roles, local contact details, case-number clues, and request steps so a reader can choose a source that fits the record being sought.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to an Alabama court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
